life was so much simpler when i was young, perhaps i never used my brain much, perhaps thats still the way it is. but nevertheless, the days when you sing the national anthem at 6.30 then you rush for the school bus, drink that warm packet of chocolate milk and talk about dragon ball z.

then at night, my mum would be sitting beside me, staring at me while i did my work. i didnt liked it, it felt so stressful. of coz, that being said, my primary school result sucked quite badly.. haha not that those after it was any better.

anyway, i guess i am not making much sense, i just wish sometimes things are abit simpler, that true feelings can and will be requited, then perhaps the world would be a much better place for everyone.

hey, i was there for the beach, the sun and the wind okay?
..went cycling at ecp with peter today. fortunately the sun was shinning when we get there because it was about to rain at amk when we left, albeit too shinny for my liking.. haha.. hm, alot of syts rollerblading man, haha i think i need to join in the fray as well.

time to fulfill my destiny and erm bring balance to the force. lol. quoting starwars is a bad justification to learn rollerblading. anyway, it decided to rain while we were on the bus back to amk, sheesh, seems like theres this 'dial' in my body that automatically starts shuting me down when it rains man. haha

well, seems like theres nothing much to share arnd for today. until next time then ; )

shooting stars and my wish.

just finished learning vertical parking yesterday, hm.. i think its beginner's luck because even though the pole wasnt near the demister line and i already turn here and turn there.. the vehicle still managed to fit in.. if only it works out that way in tp.. and life?

i woke up briefly this morning. i wasnt sure what time was it but i remembered the air was cool, fresh and smelled so crisp, that freshness.. ah... woo.. and the deeper i breathed in *being greedy*
it sent a nice tingly sensation through the skin till the toes. alas, fresh morning air wasnt enough to wake me up for good then but it sure reminded me being alive is great before i knocked out till 10am. heheh.

most places in singapore, you cant really even get a proper sight of the stars at night. and that leaves me to encourage you, who's taking your exams now. because even if you cant see the shooting stars, doesnt mean they arent there.

so, dont lose hope and never stop trying.

formula 1 driving.. not quite.

haha finally recovered some 'form' in driving today.. the 1st time i did u-turn today was across the continuous white line near nyp, i think the instructor was freaked out. he exclaimed in mandarin, "WAH, you like that turn one ah?!" hahah i turned too slowly while the car was moving too quickly. anyway, subsequently he breathed easier as i completed the rest of the turns in amk and yck.. and i managed to pester him to let me practise my directional change.

cant believe i mounted the kerb so many times yesterday in a similar practise loh but today was quite alright, 3 kills in 3. =D i am feeling good today, god damned! hope the sun comes out awhile later, need to run sia, the sky's all dark and gloomy now.

exam fever.

everyone seems to be mugging real hard. somehow or rather, i have forgotten how it feels to be fretting over exams. guess the feeling will come soon eh.. but anyway this is to the friend who's weeks are so packed with essays, projects, quizzes and also who's having exams next week. oreo cheesecakes and dive trips await you.

i am beginning to hate traffic. well, at least when the instructor says change lane, filter right that sort of stuff.
hm, some drivers just seem to stick to you when you signalled out, then when you see that opening, or at least when i thought i saw one. they decide to accelerate and flank me man.
anyway, i hope i can improve further on my lane change procedure which i think is the weakest now. doing reversing and directional change today..
and -_- yeah for the 3rd day running, its looking like its going to rain later in the afternoon AGAIN. argh, haha talk about wet weather training.

and yeah, learning to cook was er quite fun. because what i practically did was the chef's work. whereby the assistant already chopped, wash, prepared the ingredients. hahahhaha, and rona's having a blast watching me peel the garlic sia. i think she nearly died of laughter the way i chopped it. anyway, don worry, i'll be back in the kitchen for more. hahaha. ;)

hm, seems that the prata shop baolai recommended was quite good.. except for the really small sized pratas. anyway, i can still feel the curry churning inside -_- i should really stop eating pratas for a while since i had some last night as well.
well, supper was a brief and sweaty affair, the business at the store was brisk.. and i think i didnt give alvin clear instructions .. he ended up at the prata shop at casaurina rd instead of the one near thomson plaza -_- lol, he was quite pissed at that.

okay dokie, just looking foward to driving lessons again.
and i am starting to miss army life a little bit.. just that wee bit.

saturday

hm its finally saturday again, wow.. quite fast isnt it. there was a time when saturdays meant book out and a little further back, saturdays means a short break away from studies. . now its just keeping me away from the steering wheel. anyway, kinda like it better this way. its kinda draggy when u keep circling around ang mo kio and yio chu kang, not that i am complaining or anything..

well, mr neo is having a shower as i write this. he's staying over tonight and we finally got the ps controller. =D
woo, its my turn now. got to go.
